Welcome to Fleet Link Flow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fleet Link Flow platform, website, applications, and related services. By accessing or using Fleet Link Flow, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fleet Link Flow mobile application ("App"), operated by Fleet Link Flow ("we," "us," or "our").
Fleet Link Flow is a fleet management platform designed for owner-operators and small trucking businesses. The App allows users to track fuel logs, maintenance records, driver activity, inspections, reports, and company documents, including offline document access.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
Fleet Link Flow offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features, including administrative controls, reporting tools, and document management.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase through the platform you are using (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account settings.
By using Fleet Link Flow, you agree to these Terms.
Fleet Link Flow provides tools for fleet and driver management, including logs, inspections, documents, reporting, and related administrative functions. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
Certain features of Fleet Link Flow require a paid subscription. Billing may be processed through third-party providers, including Apple In-App Purchases, Stripe, and, when applicable, Google Play.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable platform's billing rules. You are responsible for managing, cancelling, or modifying your subscription through the applicable billing provider.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also stop using the service at any time.
Fleet Link Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleet Link Flow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will become effective when posted.
